Something Special

A 3 track leftfield/idm ep (18m 13s) — released March 29th 2010 on Jalapeno Records

2010 sees the return to the airwaves of super producer Max Sedgley. Having carved a career working with some of the biggest names in dance including a stint as drummer for Roni Size he hit gold with the release of worldwide anthem "Happy". Picked up for release by Rob Da Bank's Sunday Best label in the UK and the ubiquitous sound of the summer this led to the release of Max's debut album and a world tour with his band the Shoots. Now he is back with a new album and a killer new single "Something Special". Working with band member Tasita D'Mour he has crafted an upbeat anthem making the most of his experience as a DJ, band leader and record producer. Mixes come from Spirit Catcher, Crazy P and Neighbour to make sure that all dancefloors are catered for. Spirit Catcher deliver a deep analogue synth mix with a dub for the head nodders who can't handle a diva letting rip. Crazy P show why they are kings of the nu-disco scene and Canada's Neighbour throws in a killer mix for the breakbeaters out there. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ty9joawjBcA
