Skeewiff first unveiled this beauty back in 2003 when it was released as part of the One Sample Short of a Lawsuit EP. Now lawsuit averted it’s finally available as a release in its own right with a kick- ass set of mixes to go with the cider-drinking swamp-rocking original. An inspired spot of vocal sampling, twanging country guitars and a barrier busting bassline means that this track has found favour with DJ’s as diverse as DJ Yoda and Pete Tong. First off Label stalwarts Kraak & Smaak take a little time off from touring the world to promote their own brand of Boogie Angst to deliver up a sitar flavoured chilled mix that drowns the vocals in silky strings and deliver a sunset moment to the masses. The anti-dote to the chill factor of K&S â€" that’s easy. The bass rumbling all round sound system shaker that is D. Ramirez. With only a few peers in his field he delivers a squelch acid house extravaganza that tests the mettle of any club speakers and turns the vocal into a club killer. Hold onto your eardrums cause somethings gotta give.
